
Joe Martinez
Joe is the President of Vida Companies and Vida Real Estate Partners. Vida leads multifamily, single-family for-sale and rental (BFR/BTR), and mixed-use development projects from site acquisition and entitlements, through financing, design and construction, to delivery and stabilization.
Joe has over eighteen years of experience in developing over 7,500 housing units totaling over $1.8B in total capitalization, along with large-scale retail and office projects. He holds an MDES in Real Estate from Harvard University, an MBA from Georgia State University, and a BA in Architecture from UNC Charlotte.

Trevor Kierecki
Trevor is a Director of Development for Vida Real Estate Partners. Trevor oversees all stages of the development process, from financial underwriting and pre-development design, through construction and disposition.
Trevor has seven years of experience in developing 1,100 units totaling in $350 million in capitalization. Trevor has a bachelor of science degree from Florida State University and a Master of Real Estate Development Degree from Clemson University. Trevor is an active member in Urban Land Institute Young Leaders Group, Atlanta Young Real Estate Professionals, and the Atlanta Young Multifamily Professionals.

Charlie Tate
Charlie is a Land Acquisitions Partner in Vida Real Estate Partners, leading site sourcing and entitlements for the company.
He has overseen over $140 million in urban infill projects in the Atlanta metro market. These projects have consisted of single family and townhome for-sale products, as well as mixed-use projects. Before his new construction ventures, Charlie led a contracting business for 20 years delivering value-add multifamily renovations. Outside of work, Charlie spends time with his four kids, and dreams of having more time for golf. Charlie is a proud alum of the University of Florida.

Clay Wammack
Clay is the Director of Finance and Operations at Vida Real Estate Partners, leading finance, accounting, and ops for our development and acquisitions platforms and Vida Funds.
Prior to joining Vida, Clay spent five years at KPMG in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Alternative Investments Tax practices, where he advised private equity funds, hedge funds, and corporate clients on complex transaction structuring and tax. Following KPMG, Clay spent five years at Wells Fargo’s Commercial Banking group, originating and managing a diversified portfolio of real estate and commercial and industrial clients. Clay holds both a Bachelor of Accountancy and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi.
