Joe Martinez
Joe is the President of Vida Companies and Vida Real Estate Partners. Vida leads multifamily, single-family for-sale and rental (BFR/BTR), and mixed-use development projects from site acquisition and entitlements, through financing, design and construction, to delivery and stabilization.
Joe has over eighteen years of experience in developing over 7,500 housing units totaling over $1.8B in total capitalization, along with large-scale retail and office projects. He holds an MDES in Real Estate from Harvard University, an MBA from Georgia State University, and a BA in Architecture from UNC Charlotte.
Trevor Kierecki
Trevor is a Director of Development for Vida Real Estate Partners. Trevor oversees all stages of the development process, from financial underwriting and pre-development design, through construction and disposition.
Trevor has seven years of experience in developing 1,100 units totaling in $350 million in capitalization. Trevor has a bachelor of science degree from Florida State University and a Master of Real Estate Development Degree from Clemson University. Trevor is an active member in Urban Land Institute Young Leaders Group, Atlanta Young Real Estate Professionals, and the Atlanta Young Multifamily Professionals.
Clay Wammack
Clay is the Director of Finance and Operations at Vida Real Estate Partners, leading finance, accounting, and ops for our development and acquisitions platforms and Vida Funds.
Prior to joining Vida, Clay spent five years at KPMG in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Alternative Investments Tax practices, where he advised private equity funds, hedge funds, and corporate clients on complex transaction structuring and tax. Following KPMG, Clay spent five years at Wells Fargo’s Commercial Banking group, originating and managing a diversified portfolio of real estate and commercial and industrial clients. Clay holds both a Bachelor of Accountancy and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi.
Charlie Tate
Charlie is a Land Acquisitions Partner in Vida Real Estate Partners, leading site sourcing and entitlements for the company.
He has overseen over $140 million in urban infill projects in the Atlanta metro market. These projects have consisted of single family and townhome for-sale products, as well as mixed-use projects. Before his new construction ventures, Charlie led a contracting business for 20 years delivering value-add multifamily renovations. Outside of work, Charlie spends time with his four kids, and dreams of having more time for golf. Charlie is a proud alum of the University of Florida.
Joe Ettershank
Joe is the Director of Construction for Vida Real Estate Partners. Joe oversees all stages of the construction process, from pre-construction, through construction and delivery.
Joe has a BSC Engineering Degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa and has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, working with large General Contracting firms such as Grinnaker Construction (South Africa), The Beck Group, RJ Griffin (JE Dunn), and Skanska on projects that included high rise office buildings, hotels, shopping malls, retail department stores, laboratories, medical office buildings and hospitals.
Over the past 11 years Joe has worked in the multifamily sector, successfully overseeing construction and delivery of over 3800 units for the Hanover Company and Crescent Communities in the Atlanta, Nashville, Houston and Orlando markets.
In his spare time Joe enjoys woodworking, competitive shooting and sailing up on Lake Lanier.
Kaley Parham
Kaley serves as Office Manager at Vida Companies, providing executive support and helping coordinate the day-to-day operations of the company. Prior to joining Vida Companies, she worked as a paralegal, gaining experience in legal and administrative support, organization, and client communications.
At Vida, she provides direct support to the company’s executive leadership while assisting the broader team with company and project administration, marketing, social media, website management, events, and project materials. She also supports a variety of administrative and operational needs across the company to help keep projects and initiatives moving forward.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, traveling, and exploring national parks.
VIDA FUNDS
Mark Dickinson
Mark is Vice President of Capital Markets at Vida Funds. He a senior investment professional with over 20 years of real estate and alternative investment experience. His core competencies include strategic capital allocation, portfolio risk management, advanced tax mitigation, and passive income strategies.
Mark has deep experience in the alternative investment channel, with a focus on private equity and private debt strategies, particularly income producing real estate. He began his career in financial services in 2001 at Legg Mason and later joined Cohen & Steers in 2009, where he worked closely with advisors and institutional investors. In 2013, Mark transitioned fully into alternatives, developing deep expertise in structuring, positioning, and distributing real estate investment solutions to Registered Investment Advisors and independent broker-dealer channels.
Throughout his career, Mark has earned the reputation as a trusted advisor and is known for his disciplined approach, market perspective, and long-term partnership mindset. His industry experience and expertise—combined with shared values—enables him to communicate complex investment strategies with the goal of achieving maximum alignment of interest and optimized performance outcomes.
Mark earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of La Verne. Prior to his career in finance, he served 18 years in the United States Navy as a salvage diver. His military background continues to shape his leadership style—grounded in accountability, precision, and performance under pressure.
Based in Southern California, Mark enjoys golf, home renovation projects, and time on the ocean. He and his wife are actively involved in fostering rescued dogs and supporting Serving Seniors, reflecting a shared commitment to service beyond the workplace.
Marisa Green
Marisa is the Director of Capital Markets at Vida Funds, helping lead the company’s capital raising function across its development and lending platforms.
Marisa began her career in entrepreneurship, winning her college’s pitch competition and going on to found and operate Unwind Yoga, a corporate wellness company. She transitioned into real estate, starting by managing her rental properties before moving into real estate-backed private lending and funding projects across Phoenix and Scottsdale. Most recently, she spent three years as Regional Sales Director at Lukrom. She holds her SIE, Series 7, and Series 63.
